N.B. : Booking conditions: To confirm your reservation, your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking : the amount of the first night will be charged at the time of the booking.
A deposit of 220 € (300 € for the Suite) is required for the reservation of a Lemon festival package.
N.B. : Cancellation conditions: In the case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date or a no show, the deposit will be retained. In the case of a cancellation more than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded (same amount in euros, regardless the exchange rate). In the case of shortened stay, the total amount of the stay may be retained.
In the case of the cancellation of a Lemon festival package, more than 48 hours before the arrival date, a 50 € fees will be retained and the balance will be refunded.
All our prices are inclusive of taxes and services. Any services included in our special offers and packages not used by the guest may not be deducted. Excursions and visits included in packages may be modified without prior notice. Our special offers and packages may not be renewed or combined with other discounts or reductions.
Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
