We will send it to you or to your beneficiary, by e-mail or by post. The gift certificate can also be collected directly at the hotel.

Terms and conditions :

• Free shipping.
• Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Cannot be used several times.
• Reservation is required and has to be made by e-mail, phone or on our official website.
• The use of the gift certificate has to be notified at the time of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the gift certificate will be cancelled.
• The gift certificate is not applicable on special offers, which are non modifiable, neither cancellable, nor refundable.
• Only the original gift certificate received by post or printed from the e-mail, must be brought by the beneficiary in order to benefit of it.
• In the case of non-use during its validity period, the beneficiary cannot claim any refund or compensation.
• The gift certificate is valid only on the services provided by the hotel "Princess and Richmond" and cannot be exchanged with cash. If the amount of the service exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the difference must be paid by another means of payment. However, if the amount of the service is less than the amount on the gift certificate, the hotel will not refund the difference.
