La Mentounasc was born out of three friends' passion for craft beers. Located in Menton, it's a must for fans of local craft beers. La Mentounasc is all about taste: the beers are brewed using traditional methods. No tricks are used, just aromatic malts and hops to produce unique sensations and experiences. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised in order to express all their flavours.

Guided tours of the brewery and tastings are available by prior arrangement.
Maison Herbin, located in Menton, is an artisan jam maker renowned since 1974 for the quality and authenticity of its products. The master jam-maker uses local fruit, in particular the famous Menton lemons, to create jams rich in flavour. At “Princess & Richmond”, we are delighted to offer these homemade jams on our breakfast buffet, for an authentic gourmet experience. You can visit their factory during your stay in Menton.
Maison Gannac is a family-run business based in Menton that celebrates the richness of the region through high-quality, hand-crafted creations. Their limoncello with the famous IGP Menton Lemon, made to a traditional recipe, is a delightful balance of freshness and intensity. This expertise was recognised at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2025, where this limoncello was awarded the gold medal.

Self-guided or guided tours of Domaine Gannac are available, with tastings and a shop on site. There is also a shop in Menton town centre.

A lot of energy, power, but also tenderness define the paintings of Denis Ribas. There is never a drawing at the start of the design of a painting. A little Expressionism and Fauvism characterize his style, where concentration and emotion are carried to their limits. His artwork is intense, vigorous and almost explosive. His signature is discreet and almost erased. As Denis Ribas would say : “The artist is the one who, via his vision, embellishes a single masterpiece. I am but only the painter who never knows the beauty of what he has just created".
In our hotel, you can admire one of his works, specially painted to embellish our lounge area.
Emmanuelle is a watercolourist and environmental engineer based in Menton, between the sea and the mountains. Inspired by Mediterranean landscapes, lush gardens and everyday scenes, she paints from life in watercolour, in a style that is luminous, spontaneous and full of life. Through her notebooks, workshops and local collaborations, she celebrates the sensitive richness of the region and the pleasure of creating with full awareness.
